1. A one-time code in the OnlyFans bio
When a creator adds her profile, she receives a unique code such as MV-7K3Q. She adds it to her OnlyFans bio. Only the owner of an OnlyFans account can edit its bio, so seeing the code there proves that the person who submitted the profile controls that page.
2. Manual photo review
A person on our team compares the submitted photo with the creator’s OnlyFans profile and checks that it is safe-for-work. Only then is the profile published with the green Verified badge.
3. Age: 18+ only
